Give syr zidovudine 4mg/kg/dose bd x 6 weeks
Check to see if mother is on HAART
Counsel mother on Exclusive Breastfeeding
Review at paediatric Special clinic in 6 weeks for Septrin Prophylsxis (To come for review with FBC)
